Demolition Robots

Concrete demolition in confined areas are common in construction industry. Occasionally, partial demolition is required to be performed inside hospitals, schools, hotels or shopping malls that are in operation, with big difficulties, and high quality machineries should be employed to ensure efficient completion of work. Here, machines employed for traditional demolition methods are unsuitable, which are unable to achieve the quality standard for noise production and dust emission. In view of such deficiencies, the company procured a series of advanced remote control demolition robots from Sweden, with the aim to provide high quality demolition services to our clients.

The robots are suitable for different variety of demolition projects and have many advantages:

1. Flexible and economical

Attachments of Remote Control Robots are interchangeable according to various needs, such as crusher, hydraulic breaker, hydraulic bursting head, clamshell bucket, mill head, multiple purpose grapple and passenger hoist, etc. The three-arm design of the robot not only makes it more flexible than traditional crawler excavator, but also enhances progress of work, thus reducing cost considerably and more economical.

2. Reliable and efficient

Operator choose to operate the robot by wire connection or remote control. The operator, by controlling the robot remotely, can stay at a safe distance from location of demolition. Operating with no discharge gas, low sound emission and vibration, robots minimize the disturbance to the adjacent environment, and are especially suitable for demolition in confined areas. Considering its low center of gravity, robots can be employed on any uneven ground or steep slopes surface. Specially designed for demolition works, the robots are more precise in demolition, and posses great crushing and breaking power, thus ensure the carrying out of demolition works in a green and safe manner.
